Sent this to my high school age team this morning -- unfortunately I don't see them regularly right now as HS season is kicking off so we can't talk about it as a team. Would be interesting to know which see this as criticism and self-defensively roll their eyes and which see it as a leadership challenge and take it to heart and put it into practice. I imagine I'd get a range of responses...goal of our coaches would be for every player to embrace this.
BTW, Uconn has won 109 straight games! That should earn him some credibility...

And 154 of their last 155 and 800 some plus games without losing 2 in a row. And, they will be significantly improved next year.
