Based solely on what is written, I would take it as a positive sign. Good luck.
Any time the head coach wants to take time to show you around campus it is a good sign....you can gauge how interested they are by who does the tour. Graduate assistant - luke warm, Assistant Coach - things are heating up, Head Coach - you are probably on the short list.
Woot! This was our experience. HC wants your DD to see herself on campus. And no where else.
Certainly some degree of interest on their part. They aren't giving private tours to every camper.

Thanks for the input. One of the assistant coaches gave us the tour. We did see HC before the tour and found out she had a meeting to attend. The tour was great. We got to see the locker room, weight room, field house, therapy room (not sure the proper name) and other parts of the school. HC will be out to watch my dd in Colorado, so we'll see where this goes.
No. We were at OU.
Congrats. Candrea had a camp going on, is why I said that.
