NIU Softball Winter Skills Camp - 1.21.18

Northern Illinois University Softball is holding a winter skills camp on Sunday, January 21st, 2018 at the Chessick Practice Center, located on the campus of NIU. The winter skills camp provides campers with the opportunity to fine tune fundamental and advanced defensive and offensive skills. Pitchers will go through skill and drill work for all pitches in addition to receiving mental training. Catchers will work on catching-specific drills to enhance their receiving, blocking, transfer, and throw-down skills. Position players will receive fundamental and advanced instruction on infield and outfield fundamentals and skills. The offensive camp will focus specifically on hitting, bunting, base running, and mental training. This camp is restricted to those in 7th grade and up (2018-2023 graduates).

9:00 am- 12:00 pm:
Pitcher Session: $85 (MAX: 24 campers)
*Pitchers MUST bring their own catchers who are not enrolled in the morning camp.*
Catcher Session: $85 (MAX: 24 campers)
Position Players: $85 (MAX: 50 campers)

1:00 – 4:00 pm:
Offensive Session: $85 (MAX: 80 campers)

**$85 per session or $150 for all day!**
