Is there anything you guys do or say to get confident before a game and keep that confidence the whole game.

Before the game I talk about how much they have practiced and point out the good things individual players have done. Besides being a cheerleader I think the game takes care of itself. I do not do the huddle like every team seems to do between innings so I am probably wrong in that.

Absolutely.
All winter long I recommend practicing. Build skills. Build what supports real confidence. Avoid false confidence gimmicks.
The game really never stops.
