At this point, I'd say finish up the season and find a new team for next year (start looking now). Also, I think it would be worth approaching the coach as a group and let him know you all are in agreement that this is unacceptable. We have done the movie thing as well. I almost think that mellows them out a little too much. If the hotel has a pool that would be great and at no extra cost.- windi

Coach Leading Personal Attacks
I'm sorry you had to deal with that. As far as you are concerned, I don't think there is anything *you* can do. Your father, being an assistant coach, should discuss with the head coach and resolve to change this behavior or remove her from the coaching staff. Trust in them that this will happen...- windi

This drives me crazy. I've seen it many times over the years. It's a terrible shame. They are fooling themselves if they think everyone does not see what they are doing.- windi

Cheering???
Great video Marc! I agree, it is a good thing. It keeps their spirit up and adds to the excitement of the game. I found as they get older the amount of cheering decreases as they get more serious and competitive - but it still is part of the game. Sad to think of a coach that will not let...- windi
