    I would first look at how much salt is in her regular diet. Most people already have more then what is recommended. I think you’ll find that most people don’t need extra salt as a replacement for what is lost via sweating. The best thing is to make sure they are drink enough water.

    This is a school team, so not sure if volunteer coaches are even allowed. Will have to look into helping run some practices. The AC I think is even less knowledgeable about the game!

    Agree, but honestly some games the opposing team would never be able to execute a double play and the game lost. I appreciate everyone’s input. Very helpful to hear different opinions.

    Agree, we have a very strong catch so teams don’t run as much against us, but DD coach hardly ever sends the runner regardless of the catcher. I’m of the opinion, send the runner and make them make the play. If they do/can then dial it back.

    Just got a Ghost for my DD thru Core (thanks for the great service). First Easton bat as well. Sorry for the noob question but Easton says to keep the hologram sticker from the barrel. Are you suppose to take it off and save it? It’s not the easiest to remove thou.
