Shawn, it's what happens when the COM doesn't get shifted (FYB). Swing is the shift is long and slow.
He will always get tied up (up/in).

It's why AJ had to make the changes. If you're not shifting (anticipating) your COM to get leverage your beat. Impossible to turn on a ball (inside/out only).
Swing is the shift is slow and long. Shifting the COM before launch is where its at while maintaining the rear leg hip relationship.

Lots of bad drills out there !! This promotes rotating the lower half vs allowing the legs to be used for leverage.

The barrel is above the hands in relation to the spine. ( posture ). Arod, and others who demo it are doing it without proper posture. Add in the posture and it all comes together..
