Hip joint popping
My daughter had the same issue so I asked around a bit as well. The common thread I found from girls that had similar problems was that it happened in the years they had big growth spurts. Hip Flexor Injuries for 14 yr old pitcher
Hello All - I am looking for advice on a recurring injury my DD has had since September of last year. She feels a pull/strain in the top front of her plant leg - the hip flexor area. Thanks for the feedback Knightsb - Thanks for the visuals and teaching points. She is working on that firm front side already. We will keep an eye on the angles and whip and post a new video in the future. Do you have a preferred way or drill to teach more whip?- tcats123
