My goodness this mask topic comes up every year. My DD will be heading off to play college ball this coming fall and I have been hearing “make the mask mandatory thing since she was 6 years old.” For starters there is NO rule that says you can Not wear a mask. So you are free to wear them...- slugger

Mask or No Mask
That’s fine just as long as they are mandatory for the base coaches. They are a lot closer than the middle infielders and sometimes they aren’t even paying any attention. Plus I have seen how some of these coaches move. Some of them can’t even get out of a fielders way let alone a line drive.- slugger
