Late player arrival
This sounds like a parent issue since the player is 12 and is not in control of her transportation. We run into this issue frequently, and we can't blame the players for the parents poor time management. Other parents step up and offer rides to players of those chronic 'late' parents.- Sioux#39

Dealing with the team diva
I coach and do not have a daughter on the team. I have boys. I try to find teams that will let me coach but it's tough because I treat all the girls fair. Parents are never happy when they aren't in control.- Sioux#39
