    Thank you so much. I appreciate the compliment. I just really hope she can eventually correct these mechanical flaws OT I’m afraid she won’t progress. I know she’s young but for the amount of times she trains and can’t seem to fix them it worries me. We will keep on keeping on !

    This is great. I really appreciate the tips. The hard part is actually getting her to remember to be tall rather than just saying it. Somehow she needs to feel it. I will post another video from the side and see if there’s anything else you can recommend You’ve been very helpful

    Here is a video of my 12 year old lefty. She’s 5’9 and strong but we have a lot of mechanical issues we try to work on . Need any advice besides get her to stand tall. I know she has to we just don’t know what to do to actually get her there. Thanks in advance.
