2018 Ghost, was received as a warranty replacement but had minimal use before my daughter went to college and started getting her bats from there. It has some surface marks from being in and out of a bat bag and my milk crate of old bats, but never used in a game and only maybe one or two cage...
Long shot, maybe...anybody have a wiring schematic/diagram for a Jugs BP3? Gotta repair one and would rather know what I'm looking at before I open it up.
Perfectly said. Thanks Eric.
I don't know if anyone can really overstate the impact this situation has had on the high school seniors, even the ones who don't play spring sports. They're losing (in many cases) their prom, their graduation ceremony, and the opportunity to be the kings and queens...
My DD is the only senior on a team that won the State Championship last year and was favored to do it again this year. Needless to say, if this season is canceled, she (and I) will be devastated.
The only concession D9 tried to make for the Fortune Road teams was to give the option to play one game at Space Coast...on turf. None of our girls brought turf shoes or plastic cleats, and we figured there was no point in playing a single unscheduled game an hour and a half from the main...
So at the end of the day, D9 was a wash for anybody not playing at WWOS. The teams at Fortune Road were lucky if they got four games in with all the rain (many got only three), same thing for Winter Haven. The Space Coast teams were too far away to expect any coaches to be there, and certainly...
Couldn't agree more. $1600 per team for six games. Two games Friday, when D1 coaches can't even be there, and ours are at 7:05 and 8:40PM. This model can't hold up for long.
This year's schedule finally came out late last night...and our team's schedule has already been changed twice since then. Great for the kids who emailed their coaches already!
The CS rep I talked to on the phone wouldn't give me the time of day. I emailed the rep I have dealt with in the past as well as the general CS email, and a new person emailed me back.
So I emailed Easton support after posting this, explaining the situation (4 broken bats in 18 months, this one barely used) and about a day later I heard back from them that they will honor the warranty just one additional time on this bat. So...squeaky wheel gets the bat, or something like...
Not happy with Easton today...returned a Ghost back in February after it cracked. The replacement cracked yesterday despite having BARELY been used (my daughter was out for the season with an injury, so 99% of the swings on this bat were front toss). Called Easton, they said sorry...the bat is...
Pressure washer is my go-to method, but that Georgia red dirt doesn't come out even with the strongest setting. Fels Naptha works, but takes some elbow grease.
