MY DD has quit playings Softball after 12U to concentrate on other interests. I am in the beginning stages of organizing a developmental aged organization with 10 & 12 U levels only. It is not about getting kids to play college ball with me... it is about getting those non-elite players who are good or average to stick in older age groups without getting lost or forgotten early.
Hustle Long Island is going to focus not just on the top girls, but give the others the training and experience to improve and play later on when other organizations may let them drop out without even attempting to make these girls better.
We will be a team playing weekend tournaments only. good for the family, easy to plan around and give the girls the thrill of tournament fastpitch softball. not a one hour game 1 time a week.
