Have some practice hitting where you don't say anything. Let her figure it out. Clear her mind and hit. Focus on one thought at the plate, for me its "line drives" or "see it at the hip" or "ready at release" or "be aggressive"
Enforce rules that pitcher must stay inside the circle and pitching lane, otherwise who cares. You still have to hit it. And if they are staying within the lane and circle then it doesn't matter much.

I believe that softball would be better served without coaches at games and no travel ball until you can drive. Allow other girls to be base coaches and make line ups, no more than 2 games a day, and parents need a breathalyzer and or sobriety test to watch a game. The travel scene is way too...
Get over the leaping already. I have seen multiple college games and homeruns are hit 50ft or more over the fence! It's definitely an offensive game and advantage right now.
To quote someone on here " Softball begins at 43ft". I understand now what is meant by this quote and you will too when the time comes.
