Youth sports--if your child doesn't love it, let her leave it.
But not all kids enjoy sport, some of those kids playing video games go on to become computer programmers and will just take up swimming in their spare time. I think it's about finding a balance between supporting them in their decisions and encouraging them to not give up the minute something starts to get tough.
