I cant seem to find anything in the search. Maybe it's the limited characters. But from the context it seems to be to do with inward coil while striding. Can anyone elaborate?- pacman

Attack posture
They both are in similar positions. But Lindor is at foot strike and Miggy is at heel plant, so they are a frame off. Im sure if you add one more frame to Lindor he will be more centered but still have the tilt and attack position- pacman

Does anyone have experience with the Bat Drag Buster?
I had it.. It gives them a good "feel".. Basically makes them to understand their elbows need to be apart as they swing. Could be make pretty easy. The band broke eventually. In live swings it isnt the most helpful. It can be exhausting after a while for a kid because of the resistance...- pacman

Question about stride, front foot flying open
DD striding to toe, looks in a great position. But as the heel meets the ground everything kind of just "flys open". Trying to get her to just stride to her foot but she doesn't "feel" herself doing it. I think it has a bit to do with letting the ball travel more. She sees a lot more velocity...- pacman

The best hitting drill is not over $1000. It is $171. And I didnt say I was going to pay for it. I just wanted to hear if anyone has used this. I think so many people are overly focused with mechanical aspects and timing is overlooked. If you have a good foundation then timing is key.- pacman

What are you doing to fix DBSF
One of the issues with doing this is the fact that they know the height of the tee already.. high tee work is a good drill. But again they already know its up high so they dont dynamically change their angle mid swing- pacman

What are you doing to fix DBSF
I have a hitter that can go 100 out of 100 on the tee without DBSF but as soon as the ball it pitched it shows up everytime. I somwhat feel the sequence is an issue for two reasons.. the hands start too early or the coiling starts during the gather it gets out of wack. Or its just their bodys...- pacman

What are you doing to fix DBSF
So is DBSF a product of a hitter being out of sequence or is it just a hitter that is too "handsy" and trying to level to the path of the ball instead of creating tilt?- pacman
