    Accuracy and hitting batters 10u

    I needed this post, 10 yo in about the same boat. When you say control is the last thing that comes, is it a gradual thing, or does it just finally "click"? Her mechanics and velocity are coming along well, but accuracy is still kind of sketchy.

    Have you ever picked the team for your DD?

    This is our first year for TB, 10U and we picked the team, but let her help. The team she wanted was a 9/ 10 mix, and the coaching staff was all parents of the 9 year olds. We steered her to an organization with all 10 year olds, so hopefully this will be a home for a while! It didn't hurt...

    To the OP, as the season is ending, how did it end up with the team? We are starting our first year of 10u TB and had some of the same concerns as you did.

    We went and swung the 32" and ended up sticking with the Easton. She seemed to swing it easier. We will get through fall ball with it and then see where we are at. Thanks for all of the help! Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk

    My local PIAS recently had an Easton FS3 for$70. I picked it up because I had most of it in store credit. It is a 31, drop 12. My DD is 5'0" and 103 lbs. They now have a Demarini CF9 32 drop 10 for $110. According to the bat size calculators, when she grows one more inch she should be in a 32"...

    Hello everyone! We just committed our 2009 DD to her first travel team after 2 years of little league. We are excited for the transition and nervous at the same time.
