You will most definitely not be disappointed. Quality is on par with significantly more expensive gloves. I am an equipment nerd, so I tend to go overboard, but in this case, the confidence boost is worth every penny.
I waited a few practices to report back, but...... WOW!
As over used as the term can be regarding gear, this glove really is a game changer. The combination of the light weight, deep pocket, and cool-ness factor really have resulted in a marked improvement in her fielding. It was nearly game...
Just sent in the order. Being a Chicago White Sox fan, it was hard to buy an almost Cubbie blue glove, lol.
She is totally excited, so that's the point!
Looks like I waited too long on the top two, which she liked the best. Only LHT remaining. While looking at the website, this one caught her eye. https://www.bradleybaseballgloves.com/collections/fp-gold/products/12-ogasawara-web-next-play-cross-over-royal-black-gold
Any reason not to pull...
Off the shelf, we tried a Mizuno Prime SE and it was way too stiff. Haven't seen a pro select to try though. I'm betting some vigorous break in would work either way, but it could be a pancake by the time she could use it.
She actually tried this one on at Dick's last week and loved the way it felt. She isn't picky on color, but for some reason doesn't want white. I have an older GG Elite that I use frequently, and had held up well.
Those are some pretty gloves for sure! Lucky for me, I showed her the choices and she loves the one in clearance.
We are going to try on a couple gloves at Dick's, but right now the Bradley is the leader.
I love the Mizuno quality, and was ready to buy a Prime for her, but we've tried a few at Dick's and she didn't like the way they feel.
Leaning towards either the A950 or a Bradley right now.
