What she is attempting to do is not stride but start her swing by moving her knee back then forward. I will try to slow it down so I can see what you guys are talking about.
So, we would be better getting wider with either a small stride or no stride and get rid of the the knee...
she works at it and wants to get better. Is she D1 absolutly not. She is a sophmore looking to get better and have success. Maybe D2 or D3???

I think she needs to get wider? Any other help is welcomed as well. Was dropping hands. think we have cured that. Did notice she appears to have a gap between her hands??? Where did that come from?? LOL

I am haveing a difficult time in getting some kids to use their legs in driving thru the ball vs spinning on their back foot. Is there a device out there or key phrases I should be using. I am having a hard time. I have had them watch video but I can't get them to do it???
