Outfield Is Not a Punishment
Outfield takes just as much skill and knowledge to play as infield. You will never see a seasoned infielder outplay a seasoned outfielder in the outfield.- KauaiKine

I was accused of cheating (indirectly)
Much respect for giving every girl on your team an opportunity to play and enjoy the game. I’ve seen many girls who enjoy playing the game but quit because a coach turned them off. The real goal of any coach should be that all his or her players return next season.- KauaiKine

I've never played softball, but I want to coach
Don’t let the lack of experience stop you. I know a highschool coach that never played ball growing up. He attended many coach clinics and studied the game. He built a very respectable program and helped many players to get into college.- KauaiKine
