Best glove for MIF/OF 18u player?

Two kinds of softball players ...
Mine made the same change at about 14. For the next 4 years, she pushed herself harder and worked harder than any kid I've ever met. She set very lofty goals and met each of them. She still wants to develop good team dynamics, but she also wants to make the big play or be in the batters box...- JoeKC

I kept score for over ten years for my daughters teams (travel and high school). Rarely did I have a parent approach me directly about a call. I always made it a practice to discuss "controversial" plays or judgment calls with the head coach after each game to make sure we saw it the same way...- JoeKC

Infield Pop-Up Scoring Question
Mike, you must have a lightning fast team if they could/should be standing on second after the play in question. The shortstop was still in proximity to make a play at second, and three girls were within a step of the ball on the playing surface when the fastest girl on our team (2.7 H to 1st)...- JoeKC

I does depend on the complex, but the comment about OGSA is not accurate. Since the new field surfaces were implemented a year ago, the OGSA field have been playable when most others in the area couldn't. That all being said, it doesn't look promising for anyone this weekend unless the...- JoeKC
