Water Bottle Drill Question
Your arm should be relaxed coming from the break from the glove into the cocked behind the ear position. It doesn't matter how you get there, but you shouldn't waste energy trying to use momentum from a big circle. Myth of the A/B/C teams
They should set up high school divisions by rankings too. Our division 7 league has three teams that are ranked among other D7 teams, two teams ranked with D2 teams, and one team ranked higher than a D2 champion.- hssoftball101

Making hitting lineup
I noticed that hitters 1-5 get pitched differently than hitters 6-9. #2 got the most difficult pitches. 7-9 would routinely get something fat over the middle. My 7-9 hitters were batting 1-3 in the beginning and struggled- hssoftball101

This is why teams don't use DP/FLEX. If by reading the rulebook it's still difficult to grasp, then it's just too complicated. What powers the barrel turn?
I hit better/harder when batting left handed. That's because I'm 100% focused on mechanics and put less trust on natural ability. It's all timing, stride, no armbar. Front knee initiates uncoil. NFHS Rule on presentation
If the glove and hand touched for less than 1 second or as you described, only the ball and glove touched, not hand to glove, it sounds illegal. However she doesn't have to stop her motion when hands touch.- hssoftball101

Show bunt then swing
