Baserunners occupying the same base
Hi Everyone, I know this is an old thread but just have a follow up question, we play ASA and my question is, if bases are loaded and runner steals to 2nd base from 1st, runner on 2nd base stays on 2nd leaving 2 runners on base, pitcher receives ball but makes no attempt to make an out at 2nd...- GOBulls!

Are you coaching the team or individuals?
A team is made up of individuals with different skill levels molded into a winning team. The challenge comes in when the "stars" of the team start to assign certain privileges to them self and do not give 100% effort on certain drills, coming late to practice etc, resulting in the team splitting...- GOBulls!

Option C, throwing a curveball ;) Good choice. A few years ago I decided to take on a young girls U12 team, year one we had a record of only 2 wins in the season, year 2 we improved to only 2 losses in the season, year 3 and 4 we had no losses in regular season, ending 3rd and 2 in playoffs. How important is individuals in a team? Would you rather coach a team of All-stars or develop a team of youngsters into a winning team? I personally like the challenge to take a team and develop the players to create a winning team.- GOBulls!
