    As far as where College Coaches will be.. A. PGF B. TCS @ Colorado C. ASA ASA hands out berths now like coupons at the checkout... D....doesnt matter...USSSA and USFA and all the others dont even show up on the radar...

    Nope and nope Sounds like you had an age induced bad fall ball tourney form a team that didn't do the complimentary play up thing... Seen plenty of teams play up in the fall and get smeared by a team that didn't move up...12U means 12U etc...

    Catcher's helmet causing a rash???

    I soak the chin piece in a anti bacterial soap/warm water, rinse well. I also place WHOLE helmet in dishwasher, slight bleaching effect, hot water (anti fungal, ant-bacterial agent), air dry. Not sure what to with a leather one.

    Throwing hand placement

    Mine kinda hooks her thumb in the top on the heel of her right cleat (throws right), not stuck in there, just like a 1/2 inch or so. IMHO the behind the back like in parade rest is awkward and causes a balance issue

    Going under assumption shes using an Easton, helmet may be to tight. Try a Schutt. My daughter LOVES Schutt gear. We've had several sets of Easton, none of which fit well or lasted long. Schutt fits girls well, especially the chest protector. Schutt protects 'thing' better than Easton design...
