No power in swing, help! 12U
There are a few things IMO that she has issues with. I’d keep her weight on the inside of her knee. When she “loads” her weight shifts back and bends her knee. This is leaking a ton of power. Get something for her to stand on much like a baseball pitcher could use a rubber. Have her keep her...- Dre_007

What Causes the Hips to Rotate in a HL Swing?
Hips rotate from opening the front hip while weight shift occurs. If your front hip isn’t closed or getting closed as your stride/weight transfer works, your hips won’t open correctly and you won’t have the proper swing sequence.- Dre_007

Need help with daughter swing, either lunging or hitting all ground balls
Like others have said, she’s swinging from the top down. Her hands are leading her body. It should be hips, core, shoulders then barrel. Trust me on this, take her hands out of her swing right now while she’s young. It only gets harder as they get older. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- Dre_007
