Wilson Shock FX 2.0
That helmet is a bit more expensive and probably better than the one my dd used for 4 years, but she absolutely loved hers. And had no problems with any of the padding coming loose. And if you watched the replay in slow motion it appeared that the runners foot made it through to the bag before the tag, but then was pulled off because of the girl sitting on her. Heck of a game, no matter who you were rooting for.- Daddy O

How's your HS season going?
Weather here is crappy. DD's team was fortunate enough to get in 2 scrimmages so far. First scrimmage our team won 22-2, second scrimmage we won 25-1. Believe it or not both games the other teams did not have more than 2 or 3 errors both games. Neither team had good pitching and our girls...- Daddy O

I know what you are going through, except my daughter was a freshman and it was her varsity coach that conflicted. So didn't really have the option of finding another coach. I took dd to a Bustos clinic and to several trips to a very good hitting coach that teaches her prinicples. Varsity...- Daddy O

Capturing video and converting to slow motion
Quicktime for quick and easy frame by frame viewing. Kinovea for good side by side comparisons of 2 swings. Another thing I really like about Kinovea is you can take video and make a picture of one frame. Works alot better to get a picture at or close to contact than trying to time it just...- Daddy O
