    Thank you Ken, the last video was after mostly slowed down and come from 9 and 12 o’clock into a net. I wanted to see if any progress so I had her do a couple full speed into the net. Thanks you and everyone else for the inputs.

    Warmed up some yesterday so went out and got a little work in. Have been working on elbow bend and holding finish for a second then falling into position. A little over exaggerating of elbow bend and holding finish. I see a need to work on glove hand swimming also. https://youtu.be/xLRTfcPkftw

    Haven’t clocked her much at all, she was play in a game last fall (playing up in 14u) and the Other team had a radar and they showed in the 39-41 rang. She doesn’t have a “fast”ball just throws a peel drop and change up.

    Not to get in position but be ready after, she started to do it more and more last year. Between the two videos I talked to her about holding for a moment and that is why in the second one she has a pause before letting her foot down.
