    Time to move on, focus should be on Softball and playing. Why spend all the energy and effort thinking about, talking about the SS? It does no good. Nip it in the bud at the beginning and be done with unproductive behavior, don't be part of it. If you are good with your play at catcher, move on...

    I thought maybe my PocketRadar was reading a little slow, but at baseball tournament at a college stadium they had a radar reading on the scoreboard. My PocketRadar matched the scoreboard most of the time. I get a few erroneous readings and some are +- 1mph. I also had just put in new batteries...

    Swing help!!

    Interesting stuff, never heard the rear leg vs front leg axis swing mechanics. I can now see the difference in swings, especially at the youth level where kids struggle with mechanics. Posey swing is a good example of the rear leg axis. Will give the 1 legged drill a try. Thanks,

    Front shoulder

    Hard to tell, my guess is some sort of bat drag/rear elbow leading the hands. She finishes with chest facing pitcher, should get rear shoulder to point towards pitcher at finish. Bat drag makes makes it hard get past chest facing pitcher at finish. Practice a more tilted ferris wheel swing path...

    How to make side by side videos

    Coache's Eye is a good video analysis program which allows for easy side by side comparison. Just sync up each video when the ball connects to the bat.

    From best player to worst player

    Actually a good spot to be in. Much better than being the best on a inferior team. Watch and learn from the others, compete to get better. Strive and work hard to develop the skills she is lacking or behind in. Short term struggle can lead to a long term payoff.
