Wow Not sure I agree with the rolling of the hands bit at contact. That was some old schools stuff that is rarely seen in College and Olympics settings. I think that if you will look at the slomo's of the top level power hitters, you will see the bottom hand palm up "thru" contact. I too have...- all4her
