Buying into Peel vs Roll Over
My dd loves the peel drop and throws it more than her fb or cu. It was super easy to teach/learn and she started throwing it in games right after learning it.- 01mom

10U Stay in the box!
My dd got hit a few times and started doing that when she moved up to 10u. During practice the coaches would put a bat or a wooden board behind her so she couldn't bail, they also taught her to bunt so that may have helped too.- 01mom

Grounded, thanks for pointing out that it may not be an immunity issue but rather a growth issue. That should have occurred to me since my son is already 5'0 at 9 years old. With his ADHD we have seen his pattern, when the excessive talking and can't sit still starts the grades start dropping...- 01mom

That is almost the same exact question my son's doctor asked me when I asked about not giving him the meds when he's not in school. I asked that when she said she was going to give him meds, needless to say once he started taking them it made such a wonderful difference at home. I have a nephew...- 01mom

I don't really have any advice, but thought I would share our story. My son (9 yo) has ADHD, before he was diagnosed we signed him up for t-ball when he was 6, he didn't even know what was going on half the time, totally spaced. Totally agree, I got DD a virus that she is loving right now (she's 11) but with as fast as she is growing I'm not sure how much longer she will be swinging it. Just imagine what transporters (like on Star Trek) would do to the Softball world?
