    Someone on this board has a saying in there sticky about not fearing a man who practiced 10,000 kicks once but he fear the man that practiced one kick 10,000 times. <<<<< something like that, I am sure I messed the quote up some but you get the point. There is a lot of truth to those types of sayings. No quick fixes, you have to earn it.
