Nice to see these young ladies take it upon themselves to help each other out. That is a TEAM and that will help them as they grow.

Love it! Great job thinking outside the box.

Reminds me of a few years ago when Coach Alameda, at FSU, had a small, toy toilet (complete with flushing sound) in the dugout. Any time a player made a mistake, they had to go "flush it" to show they had moved past the mistake. I love it!

Love the toilet idea too! Anything that can show players it's not the end of the world. What a fun way to illustrate it.
