Behind the back leg. Leg is turning down and in. Pelvis still closed. He is combining separation, which looks like she is over doing it in the full swing (I say looks). This is an inside pitch.

The hands do lock in. She has created what some call separation. I call it the missing frames.

Since you are looking at her swing here is another. She hit 62 so I have about 20 more on my computer...:)
Sophomore in college now. Might give her 1-2 tune up before spring ball during break.

How do you view separation? You mentioned separation earlier.

Did you say hips before hands earlier?

Not bad imo. She doesn’t seem to have any weird internet hitting fallacies attached to her swing. Well done. Like RH said earlier the pitching is a bit weak. But still nice cuts for the most part. Have any college cuts?

Is it weird that as a father of a pitcher, all I can think is, "NO!!! Don't lay one in there like that!"

Great swing. She jumped all over that.

Can’t fall behind. Can’t pitch w fear. Pitch to contact. Kinda like hitting.. I won’t go there. It’s the holidays. 😆

Griffey was slow mo 60 fps. She is the new 60 fps (full speed). I need more modern 6O
fps that work with our cameras. Even my old clear RVP swings don’t run at full speed.

I wanted the clip at game speed.
