Anything that would take away from launching and having a quick swing.
Bat drag takes away from when the swing begins and when the barrel begins to move.
I see something in the videos I made.
What can I tell her to do to work on this?

The way she loads her hands causes her to lay the bat a bit flat before she swings..but it isn't bad. She got to that low pitch ok so..

She loves the low pitch!
she is constantly working on load to the catcher which I believe is causing the hands towards 3B dugout
I think the way she loads the hands is an issue as well. I think there is a issue with not engaging the back, pinching the scap. A.little to much load and unload which effects the stretch. The connection between lower and upper can be better with just loading, let the load turn into the swing and not load unload.

We are being picky, mind you. I do see it in her live swing. Just a little off, needs the hand to work better.
See her push through contact? It might just be this swing or an adjustment and means nothing.
She needs TTB early and whip more. And that starts with better loading n stretch.
She has come a long way.

There is a visible sitting action that takes place during a good swing sequence, that is not present in this player’s sequence.
