Do you have any drills, tips or technics to specifically work on managing the transfer of the ball from the glove to the hand?

This is what @pattar was referring to with how you catch (or deflect actually) the ball matters. Something I see a lot is kids try to reach into the glove quickly and pull the ball out and their grip suffers and they end up throwing change ups. If you watch the video you will see they “take the glove with them” for a bit which gives them time to not rush the grip.

For ground balls you need to funnel first to the midsection. So many players try to transfer the ball without funneling. Same with with receiving a throw. Receive the ball and bring it close to the body and transfer. Try to avoid transferring the ball from glove to hand away from the body.

I think the most difficult thing for kids is footwork, which is the priority, particularly to position your body to have rhythm through fielding, a deflection, or catch and throw, syncing it all together correctly. Otherwise they will be clunky and slow, and depending on age, the Vizquel/Lindor, etc. transfer vision might not yet be possible/practical.

Agree. We work a lot on getting the right foot set (or down) as the ball hits the glove. Young kids often wait to catch it first and then move their feet to throw.

Have them do the ”basketball” style ball wrap (no dribble) drill, by transferring the ball from glove to hand around each leg (one at a time) fwd, backward, then around the waist, fwd back, and then figure 8s between the legs. See how fast they can go. Mix it up.

For infield play: forhand and backhand drills that involve efficient footwork will set up better ball transition from glove to throwing. The idea is to get to the ball while keeping a balanced CG. The first step (pun) is critical. The transitions for lefthanded infield players is a bit slower. Some of the YouTube baseball gurus have excellent concise videos on this topic.
