What are people feeling about Black Friday this year? Think we're going to see the usual bat/glove deals? Or are the supply chain issues likely to make the sales not appear or be underwhelming this year?

I was watching a blip on a business channel yesterday. A guy said, people should be happy about getting what they want vs getting it at a 20% discount.

I love me some deals.....but now mainly on ammo, holsters, and knives! Nice gloves are so 2020! ;)
lol i just pulled the trigger on a benchmade hidden canyon hunter fixed blade........i lost a knife that someone had built me on a Helle blade a few years back, and the cheap replacement I used on a deer last week just didn't do it for me......

shh, don't tell my kids i actually bought something for myself!

Went to a gun show in Hickory, NC this weekend, I'm about 90% always on the lookout for knives & ammo over guns unless I just run into a crazy deal. There's this knife vendor who's always there, super nice guy, he's a Helle knife rep and always has a nice presentation and selection with him! For fixed blades I'm liking LT Wright, Bradford, and Bark River.

the helle blade was nice for the price......i think to buy bare blade at that point it was under $40.....maybe even under $30

picked up a nice maple burl block, guy made me a sweet little knife for about $50

i set it down while flipping a deer to drain blood......spent an hour looking for it lol

the hidden canyon is a sweet little drop point.....i really like blades in that 3" range for the field work i do
