I like her barrel pump actions but would probably work on a lower hand set and make it more of a hand action.. I think her arms end up disconnecting from the power source and makes it difficult to control the whip. IOW's tone it down some. Also try to keep the hands inside the body, similar to miggy through out the movements.

I think keeping the hands inside the elbows/body would help address that.

That pitch was both low and out. Her tendency is to adjust hands away from her shoulder to get to those pitches, which extends her lead arm, and she still pulls the ball. I would rather she used more of an inside-outside path, and drive it oppo, but we haven't been able to get her to make that change.

It's a symptom of how she makes the adjustment for that pitch location, not a consistent factor in her swing. I would rather she use a different barrel path.

NOPE!! Love Maddies swing and the results Ive seen Eric post. Hope my DD has that type of smooth power when she gets older.
