The parts of the swing are all there they are just over-baked on the tee. One would have a hard time hitting rotating the top half inward this much in a game. I would try to keep the tee swings as game realistic and game speed as you can. Tee swings tend to get big and long like the video here.

Question: does she finish her swing high with her hands intentionally or is that just where she naturally finishes?
Yes she finishes high. We started working on one arm finishes to stop predetermined finish location. Started working front arm mechanics because it seems her lead arms was giving her issues of pushing and staying locked. (Chicken winging) took full swings one handed and this was the results

She routinely pulls her head off the ball. She shouldn't be watching her work or where the ball was hit. Should have head on the tee where the ball was. Losing power, swing accuracy pulling her head.
Totally agree. We discussed staying down. She relies on the ball to much for feedback. I did noticed the pop on extension drills.
She stays down. For those

The large replant of her front leg will cause her hands to drop a bit and keep her from getting full rotation or at least a more free turn.
I'd like to see her swing without a large step. I think it's hard to see all the potential faults without eliminating a few biggies. Head still and a pick up and a set down of her front foot shoulderwidth apart. Had a kid on my last team with a huge stance and almost the same swing. Once she controlled her head and stride her hitting was improved. Hard to hit a moving target when you head, hands, and feet are all moving too. (Different directions) head back, hands down, foot moving towards pitcher.

It’s hard to tell but the tee swings seem a bit pushy and she comes out of her posture some still. Try the offset open rotation drill off toss. Angled about 45 degrees. Both feet should stay planted on the ground while the body loads and swings. The shoulders should get square at ‘load’. Best off front toss. Should help the leaky ‘turn’. Ask to keep the posterior back while she initiates launch in full swings to help her posture. It’s better but still not perfect. That’s what I would work on next.

As mentioned, her head moves around way too much. Think of it this way, once she gets to front heel down her head (eyes) should be pretty still. Not still moving forward or twisting about. Love her aggressiveness but she got to quiet it down, smooth it out. Controlled violence.
Just reviewed her game and cage swings. They are much better than her tee swings. I little more under control. I think the sensor probably screws her up off the tee. Trying to get highest mph swing. Practice long tee where she gets to see the balls trajectory. She is pretty good and remember never turn a .400 hitter into a .200 hitter.

Thanks for the advice. I forgot to mentioned we were working over and under loads. I know with the wooden bat she feels she have to juice up for the weight.
do you think her Tee swing is different because she is trying to get behind the ball? She always over cooks on the Tee it never carries over to game or hitting moving balls. Thinking maybe it’s because where the ball is in proximity of her loading.?

Over swinging off the tee is common. My DD does it too. Not to the extent of your DD. I actually like it because because game time she not dynamic enough. Here is a good example of quieting down a swing and getting good results.
