First off want to thank Discussfastpitch community for helping with her development. The insight and direction helped with noticing flaws I didn’t see. Here are recent swings let me know what you think and what areas should we work on next.

She is strong. Check her grip. She is chicken winging it. Left arm stays bent. Attack angles are crazy negative. Does she hit a lot of ground balls?
Not many ground balls. Screw balls inside caused her problems in a friendly. Last tournament hit the inside pitch well. She usually hit line drives right center

Looks like she loses space. Early hip extension. Causes loss of posture and deteriorates the arc of the barrel/bat path.

notice how his butt stays on the batters box line throughout. His glutes trade places basically. Your dds pelvis gets closer to the plate at launch.

On another note, I think she has a great load and sequence. Just needs to learn what needs to be working and what is passive.

Do you know of any drills or have a video that explain in detail?

I believe there is a wall drill you can do. Something to the extent of keeping the behind touching the wall throughout. Search ‘onbaseu’. Think it’s their drill. I tell my players to maintain the load in the sagittal plane while launching. Or maintain the ‘hinge’ for as long as possible. Much like a golf swing launch. See if this visual makes sense.

The parts of the swing are all there they are just over-baked on the tee. One would have a hard time hitting rotating the top half inward this much in a game. I would try to keep the tee swings as game realistic and game speed as you can. Tee swings tend to get big and long like the video here.

Question: does she finish her swing high with her hands intentionally or is that just where she naturally finishes?

She routinely pulls her head off the ball. She shouldn't be watching her work or where the ball was hit. Should have head on the tee where the ball was. Losing power, swing accuracy pulling her head.
