A side note to this thread. In some recent testing the 2021 LXT was 2MPH higher on exit velo than Ghost Adv.The FNX & Xeno we’re also right there with Advanced to my surprise.
I like the Adv but I don’t like the price. There are cheaper options out there that are very competitive with Easton both in performance & price.

can you point to these tests? I’d be interested in seeing those.

As promised I took 11 year old DD out to a baseball field with a 200' fence to try 2018 USA Ghost vs 2020 LXT. She already played a tournament this weekend but she got new cleats via Amazon and she wanted try them out. The results thru two buckets were a dead heat. Two homers fo each bat. Lots of almost and just nearly missed. They both seem to be good bats.

The USA Ghost is a 2021...Dual repaint...not the 2018

Think a lot of the top bats are good...just depends what your flavor is. If you like a heavier bat, really light,
balanced, more flex, more stiff...yada yada. That is gonna steer you to the bat you like and hit better with.

I’m still seeing plenty of Demarini’s. Some Rawlings mixed in but definitely more Ghosts, LXT’s & Xeno’s than anything else.
“Plenty of Demarini’s” isn’t the same as the post Easton Stealth and pre-Louisville days when it seemed like every kid was swinging a CF4 or CF5.

There was a time when the “hot” Louisville bat was the Catalyst. They remade their brand, Easton did it years later.

It is an ASA Blue Ghost. One I happen to buy from you. I was just using the new organization term and not referring to the color. Not that I would expect you to remember. I know that you sell a ton of bats.

Ohhhhh, I gotcha...I was calling the paint job a USA Ghost because I didn't want to say the whole Stars and Stripes motto 20
times a day when they were here...haha

And I do remember you bought and remember random names and forum screen names of folks that bought bats...not all because Im getting old :)

DD has an ADV and I just ordered her a 2021 LXT to try out. I will be checking exit speeds and will post the results when I can. I went ahead and ordered a 34/24 LXT. She swings a 33/23 ADV but with it being almost an ounce over sticker weight and the LXTs being very close to sticker, I wanted to try a longer bat at basically the same weight.

This also gave me an excuse to tell the wife for ordering a new bat. Had to try a longer one out. :)

Most of the LXT bats I’ve seen have been about an ounce over too. Granted that I’ve only had the chance to weigh maybe four of them but still. One was a 2017 and three 2020s.

I'll be anxious to see what this one swings like. Older LXTs seem to have been heavier but a lot of the newer ones look to be very close to sticker weight.
