I agree, so expect a 25% increase on their msrp equipments. Hopefully rawlings wont layoff easton employees after the buy out.

I do realize that but PE firms don’t t always buy for the longhaul. They are in it to make money and if the right offer comes along, they dont hesitate to sell when it makes their investors a nice chunk of change.
Well, Rawlings has their name on Worth and Miken, and they are ran independently, I am thinking
that Easton will run independent as well.
Rawlings just gained a huge fastpitch market with one swoop. They already had slowpitch and gloves.
They just never made the Quatro into what it could have been...so whats easier...buy into the market...haha.
I was talking to my Easton guy a few weeks ago and decisions and money left on the table just hurt their
growth. Limiting their slowpitch bats to only dealers who did paintjob exclusives. Their apparel is almost
nonexistent...which they could have killed it with. I told him I could have made some cool azz Ghost hoodies and performance shirts and sold a ton.
So hopefully it stays the course...because good lord I dont want to deal with my Rawlings rep for Easton stuff at some point

Did they buy ALL of Easton? Hockey sticks, Archery, Handel Bars etc?

They will be making a colossal mistake if they eliminate the Easton brand.
They are not eliminating the Easton brand...thats the reason they bought it...to have the brand!
