[If the OP is still here, and wants 3 things to completely fix this swing.]

She has the one of the worst cases of bat drag I have ever seen. Really. Time is your enemy. If people are telling you things that don't make sense, they don't know what they are talking about. Please stop every drill and workout you are doing, now.

At toe touch, these things must happen. Try fixing these simple things, in this order.
1) the bat head must be up. Straight up.(you can adjust to a perfect angle later) Her barrel is flat then goes toward her heel (barrel dumping as some others call it)(dont worry about where the bat head is in the stance)
2) When the back elbow drops to the hip, the bat head must be rapidly moving backwards, towards the catcher. Hers is not moving until the back elbow is down.
3) Her hands must never me behind the back elbow, at any time during the swing. ('behind' meaning back towards the catcher)

Do not try this or that drill. Simply work in the mirror with a wiffle bat until you fix this. You can get the hang of it in a few days if you work at it.

Good luck.

1st thing to jump out at me was too much thinking and too robotic. Suggest having her work on these two things by herself on a field and you be the shagger.

I must say, at one point in time my phone was pinging every 3 seconds during the game from notifications on this post lol ;) So.. not alot of time before rolling right into games to make tweaks. We will see a tale of two swings over the weekend, the video has her at bats in order from Friday through sunday, minus the walks and one strike out looking. Overall not a bad weekend, you can see that the power came back at least for a few at bats - thought she is still a bit out of sequence. The only change I made with the limited time we had was just changing the load and working on getting some separation - and it helped a ton, till Sunday when the dip came back suddenly- so, making progress. Appreciate all the posts, onward and upward

It's mid-season, tough time to work on changes. But, my DD had bat drag like this. I agree with the opinions on tipping/straightening the bat before launch. Just having the bat in the different position, and not behind her, will do wonders for everything else.

Plan to tackle the bigger issues of sequence and such during the off-season.

The swing Is more ‘on time’ now. But it’s still long. Every ball regardless of location is hit to the middle or the right side. Don’t get me wrong. There were some good swings in there. Well timed shots. Love the load !

The stroke is a bit ‘slicey’.. from what I see she gets to a leveraged position on time but let’s her lower and middle get to far ahead of her upper.

Find a way to stop the hips earlier so the gaps of separation are less and easier to close. She will be able to pull the ball and still go oppo with a much shorter swing and a bigger timing window. It’s not about how much separation you can achieve, it’s about how fast you can close the gaps of separation that matters.

Sounds like a lot words to say she still has BAT DRAG with out saying BAT DRAG.....
The stroke is a bit ‘slicey’..
Is that another way of saying 'swinging around' her body and not 'out from'.....

Barrel path is another problem....its down to and trough...
Not down and up through the ball....
I'd do a lot of this drill:
