Ray, I think your original assessment was correct.. Its easier to teach ttb. Since you are helping others why not learn both patterns ?

Ray, yes it is.. Far from perfect but my goal has always been to get into a leveraged position.. btw, I don't want you to leave but quit listening to the folks who haven't been in the box and attempt to duplicate off a tee, living room, or machine, and start listening to the pros..

THe swing is not bad and if you started from a more athletic posture and shoulders more down hill it would be much better. imo

Well, it's true. You are so worried about Rich that you cannot have a discussion without referencing him.

You post sound bites of pros. I have listened/watched pros and college guys talking about the their experiences using this technique.

I have always said Rich's pattern works but not a match.. Hopefully now that the pros are speaking (you will listen) things will come together for you and your students..

My point is you want us to believe you have been doing this for the last 15 years and you still can't explain it? And you can't show 1 student that can show that you can teach whatever it is you are trying to sell?

Trying to share reality of the high level movement pattern.. I explain it just fine to those that are interested. Never claimed to be an expert with under the hood actions .... Why would any of my videos help you ? Hell players at the highest level (Bonds, Arod, Yelich etc.. ) are sharing and its not good enough for you and your leader..

Hopefully at some point the light turns on for your students benefit..
