Off topic so here goes...........what's some of your favorite indulgences? Other than a killer IPA.

I love salsa, I'm a really good cook but have never made salsa before. My favorite store bought is Mateo, in my town It's only available at Publix, it's hands down my favorite store bought, and it's great every time! I went to watch Anna play this past Friday night against Furman University, around 9:30 she took me to a taco joint in downtown Greenville, Cantina 76. She said "Dad, the chips and salsa are NOT complimentary here, you have to pay for it." I could have taken a bath in that salsa, without a doubt the best salsa I've ever tasted, period! If you're ever in Greenville, SC.......go there!! Tacos were also on par with the salsa! I would have paid whatever for their salsa!

Next up......
Smoked cheese!! Walmart has a couple from Red apple, either their smoked Cheddar or their smoked Gouda, both excellent! Some of your nicer supermarkets carry the Boars Head Smoked Wisconsin Cheddar, also great but just a little more spendy! Definitely an acquired taste but me and my son love it!

I am a fan of hotter foods...not a burning hot like stupid sh!t, but a good tasting hot. You can have a food be very hot, and
still taste good.
I used to grow my own hot peppers and add them to a salsa to kick up the heat since hot isn't really hot in store bought salsa.
Made a nice chili as well. Wegmans makes a very good, hot buffalo wing cheese.

Btw, there is a farm by my old work that smoked their own cheese. My buddy would do an order for us like twice a year and
go get it. Came in the cloth wrapping too. I got smoked jalapeno cheese and the smoked cheddar. Its def a diff taste
but damn good.

I am also a cigar guy...love to sit down by a fire, crack open a nice beer and light up nice cigar.

Table side Guacamole, some places better than others but we have a couple go to's.

Have a little road side ice cream place 30 mins from home that's open about 7 months out of the year. They make all their own ice cream, its incredible.

Never ever smoked anything legal before in my life, seriously, I've never once tried a cigarette or a cigar! And when me and my wife started dating in 1997, the other smoking stopped!  My "bad" vice has always been beer, the greatest accomplishment in the history of mankind!

I love spicy food, but I draw the line with Habanero's and Scotch Bonnets.........that's as far as I go! All these new Ghost and Carolina Reaper peppers............NO!! Those are not meant for human consumption!

hahaha, I still say hot food can be very hot, if done right. Hot rear peppers are useful in the right food. You cant just
make something that burns your taste buds...need taste
