Just guessing but the rev fire software not co-existing well with the speed of the processor/software on the 6. The 6 won’t even handle the new IOS that comes out on the 19th of this month

cvsoftball,

We use an iPhone 6 without issue.
Keep the iPhone within 40 feet of the catcher. The closer to the catcher, the better.

It may not be the distance that is the issue:
- Check that you don't have the Return Toss Filter setting too high. Set it to zero for now.
- If you are throwing into a net, switch from Automatic mode to Manual mode.
- If you have very young pitchers throwing softly (20MPH - 35MPH), let us know. You might need to provide a 'harder' stop.
- If you are using an external bluetooth speaker to readout pitch results, try turning that off to see if it affects results.

Thank you for your reply! RTF is now at 3mph so I will go to 0. no net, speed is in the upper 40s, and no Bluetooth. Yesterday DW was about 10' from me catching. She started out facing me and then turned to face DD. We picked up 1 out of 20+ throws.
