Looks to be dropping the bat and swinging flat. The pull back she is trying to do in the beginning should be happening during the stride. I would have her do the Just in stone drill. And if it was me I would just have her keep the bat in the neck slot and not raise her hands up for now. That should help her learn to stay connected better
This post just nailed it. The two biggest things are droppping the bat to swing flat and having her hands and body releasing before her foot is down and her stride is finished. This is a very hardsy swing that doesn't engage the lower body much I 'll try later to post a model swing comparision

Good stuff, thanks again. I get the jist of it, just have a hard time detecting/eyeing the miscues. I'll start with working on the backend there. Her load sequence, keeping hands a little lower (neck slot), keeping elbows in closer, and inward coil. She's a pretty good student so this should be fun to tackle.

If she has good body awareness, things tend to go easier. If not, it will be a struggle for both of you.

I wouldn’t change much. Your DD is in sequence. She has a load and coils. Her hips lead her hands naturally. She’s balanced. She’s just casting. And NOT because her hands are floating back a bit aka pullback. It’s obvious she was back beforehand. I wouldn’t change her tip either. It’s how she times/syncs her sequence naturally.
Her lower half is engaged. Watch her COM drop, then she gets ‘into’ her legs.

Her bat turning ‘early’ is ‘turn the barrel’. Don’t change that either. That’s what loads her barrel and allows for whip.

Dropping the barrel early would be before the core gets engaged if ever. That’s not her issue. Her core is good. It will get better.

Whoever has been helping her. Thank them. Don’t chase power, Chase consistency. Power comes later. Look for line drives all over the field.

Look at the Lorenz clip again. It’s almost identical. Kudos.

The more reps she gets in this pattern, the better the sequence will get. The load, coil etc will become more pronounced as will the rest of the sequence.

I think when her negative move gets better, the core action will turn up a notch as well.

Do some high tee work and the Mike Lowell drill while the back arm maintains its angle through ‘slot’.

She’s 11 correct? She’s gonna be so good

Thanks man. Might help to take video at some slower pitches too. She likes the hot cages (60+) so every now and then I'll let her go in there and swing away. My next vid I'll have it at a pitch speed more 12U level.

As you look at the stills focus on her hips, frames two and three are not terrible as far as hand placement but look at frame two hips, Lauren (model) hips are turned creating lots of coil/torque basically stored up power she is going to release look at the little logo on her shorts you almost cant see it her hips are turned so much, your DD stays very square with her hips throughout the swing which gives it that handsy look.. On frame three, foot plant Lauren has actually reached back more but still has not released while its hard to tell your DD is already coming forward with her hands and hips. While Laurens pitch is a little lower look how she is using bat angle her hands are just at hip level for a ball at below her knees. What your DD does is very common when trying to learn is wants to put your bat plane level with the ball but you have to practice low tees drills where you keep your hands high and let the bat angle do the work. Finally at contact Laurens hips are completely at 90 degree if you will your DD never gets there until after contact. If you want to see the full action of Laurens swings it here. Sorry I didn't use a lefty I just started posting again and couldn't find a lefty for the model swing.

Not here.
Seems like she's "almost there".

Sorry to say...DD isn't 'almost there'. There's a lot of work ahead of her.
