This girl is strong and has a really good foundation of a whipping release. Resistance to stay taller and not rotational will be her biggest fix. Slight glove swim, but can be cleaned up if she learns the whirly gig...

Thanks, and yes, unbelievably strong! but what is the "whirly gig" Have cage time tonight, so we are trying to soak it all in.

This looks soooo much better... Ken is right! this kid does rock! nice adjustments

Something here I'd like everyone to take notice of.
In the "improved" pic, look at the motion blur through her arm as the ball releases.... In the before pic, there is no motion blur in the arm.
When we refer back to the compound pendulum, the smallest dot accelerates by 95% to the bottom of the circle. However, once the dot moves forward of the 6:00 position it is drastically slowing down.
The lack of motion blur in the before pic is a very clear illustration of how her forward posture forced her arm past the mid line of her ribs (brush) in order to not bounce the ball into the catcher. Her release point was 8" past her brush point. Her arm was drastically slowing down through the release.
In the second pic, posture is greatly improved, thus allowing her to release at the forearm brush point and at the exact moment of her arms max whipping speed... this is why you see a massive blur in her arm now!!!!
Posture and resistance is vital!

My DD and I want to thank all you guys for your help!!! Will continue to work reps to become very consistent. Ball was popping last night and she was throwing hard. She was very encouraged, which is awesome.

I would try throwing into a tarp from 15-20ft. for a while or at the least half and half, tarp and catcher.
