I have looked all over for insert examples that go in the wristbands. Does anyone have a spreadsheet example with color codes?

We simply use numbers 1-99. Fits well on a card and are easy to read. For offense they numbers are color coded to represent steal, bunt for hit, sac bunt, etc. For pitchers and catchers they are basically they same but we give hand signals to them for numbers which correspond with pitch and location. For us it works well because we have 5 or 6 different numbers for everything. We run a second card as well so you can swap cards to change it up so no one would know which card was in use.

Why highlight some cells and not others? Why not color code all plays?

It actually gets hard to read when you use too many colors. Been there, toned it back down.

We use www.nevermissasign.com to create ours wristbands. It is cheap for what you get especially since we use it across multiple teams and have used it over at least 7 seasons now.
