Does anyone have any suggestions on how to eliminate the annoying POP ups that take over the screen on my iPad? I have to close the web page and reopen it to fix the problem and it is annoying as hell and I have stopped using my iPad to access the site because of it. I understand that Coach Marc needs to make some money to fund the site, but this has gotten ridiculous and the amount of time I spend on the site has been cut in half because of it...

Go to settings, Safaris settings, turn on "block Pop-ups"

Thanks, I will give this a try, but it is not really a pop-up it does not open a new page, it takes over the page I am on and tells me I just won $1000 gift card or some other crap.

Unfortunately, the only way I’ve been able to eliminate it was by disabling java, which works but then most videos won’t load. I haven’t tried tap talk yet but thanks for the tip sb03!

Safari's built in ad blocker is very average at best.

Alternatively, you can give something like this a whirl...https://getadblock.com/. It's ad blocking capability should prove to be much more precise, and less frustrating. Once installed, just turn Safari's built-in blocker to "off" in system settings under Safari.

If you already have an account, you can probably find it as a Safari extension in the Apple Store as well.

It’s not an ad, it’s browser hijacking malicious code in the sites files. The admin of this site needs to check his files.

For an apple device, the only fix I know of is to press the x while the page is loading. Wait for the content to load, once it does, quickly hit x before the page stops loading. It’s a pain in the butt, but only work around that keeps me from winning the grand prize constantly.

I get that a lot when I click on clickbait ads on Facebook.

I'll bring it to Marc's attention. I don't have anything to do with the technical end of the site.
