    Kleist made it official today. Gonna be a Ragin Cajun!

    A change up should be kept low so that if the hitter does time it, they have to make the secondary adjustment of going down to hit the ball also. 2 movements in the hitter doubles their chance of a bad swing.     From what I've read, one of the AC's at ULL was a huge influence on her earlier on in her playing career, and re-joining him is one of the big motivations.
